Walk-In Interviews: Manager Trainee Program, Management Interns
Menards® has opportunities for Business students and graduates. They are looking for students and alumni to fill their (paid) Management Internship Program as well as their (paid) Management Trainee Program. They will be on campus holding walk-in interviews on Tuesday, April 22 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. If you are interested, please email a resume to email@example.com, or simply bring a copy with you. Remember that the Career Services office can print copies of your resume on high-quality paper, for free - no appointment needed!
The Manager Trainee Program is a 3 1/2-month program, providing the first stepping-stone to a promising career with Menards.
Menards is also looking for Management Interns. This is a 12-week, paid Management Internship Program that includes on-the-job training and learning experiences that will teach you about the daily responsibilities and activities of our managers. As a Management Intern, you will spend 12 action-filled weeks working at any one of our numerous store locations. You will be given the unique opportunity to work directly with the Department Management Team and General Managers to develop an understanding of the skills needed to run a successful department. In addition, rotating through the various departments of the store will allow you to gain an overall understanding of how the Menards® business works.
