Records

The Registrar's Office manages all student records for both current and past students. All efforts are taken to ensure the privacy and accuracy of each record.

If you are a current student, you can review an unofficial copy of the information on your student record at MyNMU.edu.

 Students are encouraged to regularly check both the general information, such as local and permanent addresses, as well as grades that are on their student record, so that any possible inaccuracies can be addressed in a timely manner.

Student records are protected by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), which intended to protect the confidentiality of student records and to give students access to their records to assure the accuracy of their contents. You can your rights under FERPA here.
