In order to avoid a late fee, or the possibility of courses being dropped, a tuition benefit request must be submitted for each eligible student before August 10, 2015.

Take Care VISA Cards
If you are a current participant in a flexible spending account for either health care and/or dependent care; or if you are eligible for the health reimbursement account (HRA), then you would have received a VISA card.  The card is already active and ready for you to use. In order to manage your account information, you will need to register.
