Take Care VISA Cards
If you are a current participant in a flexible spending account for either health care and/or dependent care; or if you are eligible for the health reimbursement account (HRA), then you would have received a VISA card.  The card is already active and ready for you to use. In order to manage your account information, you will need to register.

Personal Services Contract Guidelines
Need extra help? NMU departments can supplement the current work force by hiring individuals through personal services contracts. There are several important guidelines about when and how independent contractors may be hired. Full Story

The Blue Health Connection allows employees access to resources that help them stay healthy, get healthier, and manage illness. Get access to health assessments, online health coaching, a 24-hour nurse line, chronic condition and disease management skills, a program that assists in quitting smoking and more. 2013-2014 NMU Essential Personnel
University Essential Personnel Positions have been determined by supervisors and based on this status those employees are required to report to work during times in which the University deems it necessary to close for inclement weather or any other reason.
