Outstanding graduating seniors named

The College of Business has named its outstanding graduates for the 2012-13 academic year. Tony Plemmons is the recipient of the outstanding MBA graduate award and Joey Short (pictured) is the recipient of the outstanding graduating senior award.

A rising star

Northern Michigan University's MBA program is named among the top 35 in the world. The Master of Business Administration program at NMU, which was re-established only two years ago, ranked 23 out of the top 35 international MBA programs by Rising Stars on findyourmba.com. David Rayome

Faculty spotlight - Dr. David Rayome

Dr. David Rayome is a finance professor in the College of Business at NMU. He has been teaching at NMU since the fall of 1991. On campus, Dr. Rayome is the faculty advisor to the Student Managed Investment Fund, an organization where business students manage a portfolio of stocks and bonds with the ability to buy or sell at any time.
