
Lucian Hunt Award
Dylan Anderson is the winner of our 2020 Lucian Hunt Award. He worked closest with Dr. Yangyuoru, Dr. Wickenhieser, and Dr. Putman. Dylan also has graduated from the Student Leader Fellowship Program and was the VP of the Environmental Science Organization for a couple of years.

Analytical Chemistry Award
Noah Weinert is the winner of our 2020 Analytical Chemistry Award. He has been on the Dean's list every semester at NMU and is studying secondary education for chemistry. Noah worked this last year with Dr. Wickenhieser and Dr. Canfield.

Alchemist Award
Reanna Delwiche is the winner of our 2020 Alchemist Award. She is a biochemistry major(premed) and is studying a minor in music. Reanna has been on the Dean's list every semester. She's also a member of the Student Leader Fellowship Porgram, the social media coordinator for Campus Cinema and works as a tutor with Student Support Services.

Lucian Hunt Award
Kyle Flickinger is the winner of our 2019 Lucian Hunt Award. He did research with the UMBTC, was the dive team captain, and was active in theatre. Kyle graduated with a BS in Biochemistry and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Biochemistry at University of Wisconsin. He is in the photo with Dr. Mark Paulsen.

Alchemist Award
Grace Freitag is the winner of our 2019 Alchemist Award. She has been on the Dean's list every semester at NMU. Grace is shown in the photo with Dr. Dr. Paul Savoie, Dr. Frankie McCormick, and Dr. Don Marquardt.
Outstanding Graduating Senior
Nathan Rotundo is the winner of our 2019 Outstanding Graduating Senior Award. He maintained a perfect GPA and was captain of the swim team. He graduated with a BS in Biochemistry and will be attending Michigan State University College of Human Medicine to pursue his MD. Nathan is in the photo with Dr. Mark Paulsen.

Freshman Chemistry Award
Rachel Ceaglske is the winner of our 2019 Freshman Chemistry Award. She is a Physics and Math major with a French minor and was on the Dean's list both semesters her freshman year. She is planning on attending medical school. This award is made for outstanding academic performance in two semesters of general chemistry. Pictured is Rachel with Dr. Tom Getman.
J. R. Ogren Physical Science Award
Maggie Bohm is the winner of our 2019 J. R. Ogren Physical Science Award. She was Hall President for Spooner Hall Government, on the editorial staff of Conspectus Borrealis, and a dance student. She graduated Superior Edge with a BS in Biochemistry and will be attending graduate school for a Ph.D. in immunology. This award is given to an outstanding graduating senior with a major in physics or chemistry. Pictured is Maggie with Dr. Mark Paulsen.
