FORMS TO REQUEST INCLUSION OF A COURSE INTO A COMPONENT (8-28-14 GEC approved versions)

** All completed Inclusion Forms must be submitted for GEC review through the NMU SHARE site called "General Education Submission" by the Department Head of the Department in which the course resides. Please make sure to refer to the Rubrics and Guidance (above) when preparing your proposal.  You may also find the tips and checklist documents helpful as well as the completed forms for several courses which have already been approved.  All these materials are provided below.
