PEIF Roof Replacement

The existing roof at the PEIF was installed in 1974 and re-roofed in 1990. The approx. 143,000 square foot roof has exceeded is useful life and is need of replacement. Existing metal fascia, trim and flashings are to be replaced. A section of the deteriorated exterior brick wall will be resurfaced to match the buildings adjacent conditions.
