If you have a need for disability-related accommodations or services, please inform the Coordinator of Disability Services in the Dean of Students Office at 2001 C. B. Hedgcock Building (227-1700).  Reasonable and effective accommodations and services will be provided to students if requests are made in a timely manner, with appropriate documentation, in accordance with federal, state, and University guidelines.

Testing Information

Students who need Disability Services to provide any portion of their approved testing accommodations must submit a Testing  Ac- commodation Request Form at least one week in advance of the date of each test.  We now have the Testing Accommodation Form online.

NOTE:  Come to your tests prepared.  If you are allowed any of the following while taking your test:  calculator, laptop, textbook, or notes of any kind, you are responsible for bringing them to the test.  DS will not provide you with any of these.
