Matt Bell’s (English) debut novel, In the House upon the Dirt between the Lake and the Woods has been published by Soho Press. Jason Markle’s (English) latest short story, The Feral Ones, appears in the summer issue of O-Dark-Thirty, a quarterly literary journal for the Veteran’s Writing Project based out of Washington, D.C. The story, written in the second person, is about two United Nations soldiers dealing with death and chaos.
