Come relax your mind, body, and soul by dipping into creativity! Think of it as a process, not a product, giving ourselves permission to be imaginative and to play.Each session has a focus, and materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your own projects (and lunch) and enjoy the company of others.
Everyone is invited to N8V Dance Fitness with Michelle Reed (Lac Du Flambeau Ojibwe)! N8V Dance Fitness will be held Tuesdays beginning Sept. 8 at 1 p.m. in the PEIF Dance Studio. Bring clean gym shoes, a water bottle, and a towel. Participants will also be eligible for prizes!Free and open to all!
