The Uniting Neighbors In The Experience of Diversity (UNITED) Conference is aimed at informing the NMU and greater-Marquette area of the different types of perspectives and points of view, with the ultimate goal of helping people think differently about diversity and inclusion.


The 13th annual UNITED Conference was held September 24 through September 25, 2018, in the Great Lakes rooms of the Don H. Bottum University Center on the campus of Northern Michigan University.

UNITED is NMU's yearly diversity conference and is open to the entire community, including the public. Most events are free of charge.
