Research Interests:
What role do animals play in the structure and functioning of ecosystems? Understanding species interactions and their consequences for community structure and ecosystem function is foundational to ecology and predicting the effects of global change. My work examines the linkages between freshwater animals and ecosystem functions of streams, rivers, and lakes.
