About Us

The Student Service Center was established to create a one-stop office where students can address a variety of issues. Students can receive many services and get answers to a wide range of questions about payments, registration, housing and financial aid, among other things.

The Student Service Center is not the same office as the Financial Aid office, which determines aid eligibility and awards it, or Financial Services, which is geared toward the university’s business and departmental accounting. However, Student Service Center staff members may be able to answer general NMU questions or point you in the right direction for further assistance.
