Season Tickets
All season ticket orders must go through the main ticketing office at the Superior Dome
(906-227-1032). We can take information at the Forest Roberts Theatre Box Office, but all processing is done through the Dome. Season ticket holders may renew the same seats each year.
Refunds and Exchanges
There are NO REFUNDS on ticket purchases. If a performance is canceled, arrangements will be made to refund all ticket holders.
-
First Nighters Club members may exchange their tickets without a fee.
-
Season ticket holders may exchange their tickets at $2 per ticket for reprinting costs.
-
Single ticket holders MAY NOT EXCHANGE TICKETS
-
Any other exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis with the approval of the Director of Theatre only.
Vouchers
If season ticket holders receive vouchers for a production in the James A. Panowski Black Box Theatre, those vouchers must be exchanged for an actual ticket to the performance of their choice. There is no cost for this exchange. Due to limited available seating, we STRONGLY encourage season ticket holders to exchange their tickets before December. On the night of performance, season ticket holders will be allowed to enter the performance space first.
Retiree Complimentary Tickets
Retiree complimentary ticket holders are not guaranteed the same seats year to year. Retirees tickets are assigned beginning from the back of the house and working forward. Those with sight or hearing impairments should note that on the order/request form and we will try to accommodate them. However, we cannot guarantee particular seats.
Wheelchair Seating
Wheelchair seating is available at the Forest Roberts Theatre. These seats are sold online as well as through the box office. In the event of a sellout, available wheelchair seating is released to the general public.
Please feel free to call the box office at 906-227-2553 to obtain information about the running time of the production or the suitability of the content or language for children.
