First and foremost you want to make sure all parties involved are ok and in a safe place.

If your are having mechanical difficulties with a vehicle  call the Enterprise 24 hour Roadside Assistance line 1-800-307-6666.

 

This will enable Enterprise to take appropriate action such as switching them into to a different vehicle or directing you to a repair facility.

 

Through NMU's Corporate Discount program all vehicles rented a fully covered by Enterprise.

 

You should obtain a police report if applicable and contact the branch as soon as possible so the appropriate action can be taken.
