NMU Orchestra Concert

The NMU Orchestra, under the direction of Dr. Barbara Rhyneer, will presents its final spring concert on .....

Orchestral works include symphonic music by Borodin and the stirring Also sprach Zarathustra by Strauss (famous from Stanley Kubrick's 2001 A Space Odyssey).

Piano soloist Dr. Nancy Redfern, of the NMU faculty, will be featured in a piano concerto by Richard Faith.

Richard Faith was one of Nancy Redfern's mentors at the University of Arizona, and she has been active in

promoting his many compositions.
