This course will introduce students to the tools and techniques used to layout and fabricate industrial processing equipment and support systems. Safe use of equipment & tools, blueprint reading, precision measurement, steel identification, fabrication techniques and fastener identification will be covered. Lab activities will reinforce theory discussions.
