MKT 410 Sales Management
4 cr.
Offered: Fall
Prerequisite: MKT 230 and junior standing.
Study of the basic sales management functions from a managerial standpoint, including all the basic tools to organize, manage, motivate, lead and direct a sales force. Students further develop sales management knowledge and skills through integrated assignments and the use of extensive cases; emphasis is on the strategic implications of decision-making by a sales manager.
