Our host, Nancy Carter, is a Certification Counselor from the School of Education at NMU. Discussion will focus on academic preparation, degree programs, application process, certification requirements, classroom placement, student teaching, salary expectations, job demand, volunteer opportunities, student activities and organizations, NMU facilities and campus community.

Scheduling can be flexible, meeting a particular date and time for a school, or fixed, with an open invitation out to schools to attend on a particular date and time. One to three classrooms may attend any single presentation.
