Passport Day

The International Programs Office along with Peter White Public Library and Marquette Wallpaper and Paint will be hosting "Passport Day". This is a time where you can apply for a passport card or passport book all in one place.
1. Passport Card
a. This can be used for travel by land or sea for the following destinations: Canada, Mexico, Bermuda, and the Caribbean.
2. Passport Book
a. This can be used for all travel destinations.

What to bring:
1. Valid photo ID (Drivers License, Military ID or previous Passport)
2. Passport Photo
a. Marquette Wallpaper and Paint will be available to take your photo $10.00 (cash, check or money order accepted)
3. Proof of Citizenship – Certified Birth Certificate
a. A certified birth certificate has a registrar's raised, embossed, impressed or multicolored seal, registrar’s signature, and the date the certificate was filed with the registrar's office, which must be within 1 year of your birth. Please note: some short (abstract) versions of birth certificates may not be acceptable for passport purposes.
4. Two Separate Checks or Money Orders made out to:
a. Peter White Public Library - $25.00
b. Department of State
i. Passport Book $75.00 or
ii. Passport Card $20.00
