Louise Bourgault (Communication and Performance Studies) delivered the keynote address at a Conference on Media and Development in Africa organized at the Communication and Media Research Institute (CAMRI) of the University of Westminster in London. Bourgault's presentation was entitled "Promoting Development Through Music:  From Mali to Michigan."
