Shane O'Connor (Director; Lighting, Scenic, Props) is a senior theatre and entertainment arts major here at Northern. He spends his off season time doing technical work for The Matrix Theatre Company in Southwest Detroit. He is proud to have the opportunity to present his capstone here at the Ore Dock Brewing Company. Despite only being in the theatre department for a short time, Shane has made quite the journey through roles both in and outside of the Forest Roberts venue. Most recently, Shane played the role of “Patsy” in the Monty Python musical, Spamalot (Lake Superior Theatre). His other performance appearances include roles in Les Miserables, Chicago, Little Shop of Horrors, and the upcoming event, The Santaland Diaries. He is happy to have taken this adventure with the many people he has met along the way. He wishes to express his gratitude towards Sharon Green for reminding him that music means friendship, to Lake Superior Theatre for giving him one last amazing Marquette summer, Grandma Glaza, and most importantly, his momma. For no matter how big he gets, she is always there to hold his hand when he needs it.
Anna LaBreche (Production Stage Manager, Costume Designer) is a theatre and entertainment arts major with a minor in art and design. Since being at NMU, she has directed her ten minute show: Guys. This past summer, she was the House Manager at Lake Superior Theatre. She would like to thank her family and friends for their love and support!
