Where is the office located?

The Student Service Center is located in suite 2201 C.B. Hedgcock (building no. 9 on the campus map). Hedgcock can be reached off of Seventh Street or, if coming from Wright Street, off of Tracy Avenue.

 

What are your office hours?

Regular Office Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Summer Hours (Early May - Mid August) are Monday-Friday 7:30 am-4:00 pm

 

When is tuition due?

Fall tuition is due early-mid August

Winter tuition is due early-January

Summer tuition is due mid-May

 

When will I receive my tuition bill?

Tuition bills are available for viewing online at  http://payment.nmu.edu/ebill.  Email notification will be sent when available for viewing.

     Fall bills are generated late-July

     Winter bills are generated mid-December

     Summer bills are generated late-April

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, ACH (eCheck)

All student account credit card payments are done through our 3rd party processor (PayPath).  A non-refundable PayPath Payment Service fee of 2.85% (minimum $3.00) will be added to your payment. The following forms of payment are accepted:

How do I change my address?

Change of address can be done online at mynmu.nmu.edu or you may submit in writing to the Records Office.

 

How do I apply for Financial Aid?

You can submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid online at www.fafsa.ed.gov.

How can my parents receive access to view my bills?

To allow others (such as your parents) to view your billing account information and make payments on your behalf, follow the instructions below:

  1. Log on to your eBill account (see above)
  2. Click on the Authorized Users tab
  3. Select "Add Authorized User"
  4. Enter the email address of the authorized user
  5. Select your options
  6. Click the "continue" button
