Places to go to help alleviate stress



There are many off-campus sources available to students who need assistance with stress management. Most charge fees for their services. Students should consult the "Counselors-Licensed Professional" and "Mental Health Services" sections in the yellow pages of a local phone book.


There are several classes at NMU that you can take to help with stress management:
