  Strong Bodies Lynne 5:15 p.m. - 6:15 p.m.
  Intermediate Yoga Kait 6:30 p.m. - 7:45 p.m.
  Ab Inferno Makayla 8 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Wednesday Total Body AnaLisa 12:15 p.m. - 12:45 p.m.
  Yoga Flow Lynne 5:15 p.m. - 6:15 p.m.
  Bedtime Yoga Mary 7 p.m. - 7:50 p.m.
Thursday Morning Yoga for Evergy Kait 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
  Core Express AnaLisa 11:15 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.
  Pound Jolene 5 p.m. - 6 p.m.

*There is a limit of 20 participants per class, please arrive early to secure your spot
