Tuesday Release & Restore Yoga Kait 12:30pm-1:30pm
  Power 50 Mary 4:30pm-5:20pm
  Yoga Flow Lynne 5:30pm-6:20pm
  Zumba Mark 8:30pm-9:30pm
Wednesday Power 50 Lynne 5:15pm-6:05pm
Thursday Yoga for Emotional Wellness Amanda 6:30pm-7:20pm

*There is a limit of 20 participants per class, please arrive early to secure your spot

*Power 50 has a limit of 10 spots per class
