To make all faculty and staff aware of their responsibility to disclose any potential Conflict of Interest when dealing with Northern Michigan University.


It is the policy of Northern Michigan University that all employees who would profit either directly or indirectly from a sale to, or a contract with the University, must disclose their interest to the University Purchasing Department and to their department head or immediate superior.



Article IV of the Constitution of the State of Michigan and its implementing legislature (Act 317 of the Public Acts of 1968).
