||The Student Law Forum is an organization for students who share an interest in law. We foster a sense of community for students seeking legal careers. We engage our members in LSAT prep, law school tours, conferences, speakers, etc. Our goal is to provide our members with the resources to apply to law school. Additionally, we discuss high profile legal issues and other topics of interest to students. As a group we work to help build a community for future law students. Every year as a group we attend the LSAC Law School Forum in Chicago for a free opportunity to meet with representatives from over a hundred law schools. As a group, we work on helping pre law students with the application process and LSAT prep. We host events like Suds, Buds and Barristers that bring legal knowledge to the public. We also hold networking events with local attorneys. There are many great volunteering opportunities for the group such as Ask the Lawyers, which is a local program on TV6 and Make a Difference Day.
