Registrar and Records

The registrar is responsible for a university’s academic record keeping and record processes. Some of the functions that are part of the Registrar’s Office and/or the records office are degree audits (evaluations to determine how close to graduating a student is), transcripts, transfer evaluations and student records.  The office maintains address changes and personal information.

The Registrar also maintains a university’s degree, program and graduation requirements, both present and historic.
