NMU Choirs Perform Sunday

Two Northern Michigan University choirs will perform a concert at 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 12, in Reynolds Recital Hall. Admission is free.

The University Choir, directed by Robert Engelhart, will sing famous choruses from Purcell's Dido and Aeneas, presented with arias and duets from the same opera. The Lake Effect Show Choir, directed by Sharon Green, will perform contemporary selections in a mix of high-energy songs and lyric ballads, with choreography provided by Jill Grundstrom.
