MARQUETTE, Mich.−The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning will host a guided tour of the newly expanded Superior Extrusion aluminum products company at K.I. Sawyer. It will be held on Tuesday Dec. 9.    

Participants will meet at the Berry Events Center’s east parking lot at 1 p.m. or Jack’s Superserv in Harvey at 1:15 and arrive back around 4 p.m.

Superior Extrusion President Dan Amberg will lead a one-hour tour of the aluminum shaping process. Safety glasses will be provided.        

The cost is $4 for members and $7 for nonmembers plus contributions for the drivers’

gas. The registration deadline is Tuesday Dec. 2. To register, contact class liaison Carole Bard at 228-9367.
