What do you do in the International Programs office?

I serve as a Designated School Official (DSO) for the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) under U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.  I am also a liaison for international students to the Northern Michigan University campus and Marquette community. 

What are your favorite things to do in Marquette?

I enjoy the outdoors including hiking, canoeing, and gardening with my wife, Sue.

What do you like most about your job at NMU?

I most enjoy being able to meet students with a wide variety of backgrounds and assisting them in pursuing their goals.

What is one interesting fact about you?

I served in the U.S. Air Force from 1972-76 as an Air Traffic Control Radar Repairman.
