Spend the summer in marquette graphicThe Housing and Residence Life Office provides housing in Spooner Hall and the Woodland Park apartments for students during May, June, July, and part of August. Typically students are housed between May 20 and August 10.  Housing options in Spooner Hall include furnished single rooms and furnished three-room (living area, bedroom, private bathroom) efficiency apartments. Options in Woodland Park include efficiency apartments, one-bedroom units, two-bedroom units, and four-bedroom units.

Move In/Move Out Dates

Because of the need to clean Spooner Hall and Woodland Park units after the 2019 winter semester, students who wish to live in Spooner or Woodland for some or all of the summer while they take classes are not permitted to move in before May 11, 2019.  Similarly, because of the need to prepare Spooner Hall and Woodland for the 2018 fall semester, summer residents must move out prior to August 11, 2019.

A prorated monthly rate will apply to the months of May and August and for those students staying more than 16 days, but less than 31.
