NMU’s Housing Requirement Policy has been updated. Updates to the Housing Requirement Policy will go into effect Fall 2026 for all students, apart from Winter 2026 Apartment tenants (who will be grandfathered in). Housing and Residence Life will continue to allow students with 56+ credits to live in Spalding and Spooner Residence Halls.
