We have therapy lights!

Light therapy is exposure to special light that affects your body in ways very similar to natural daylight without any UV or harming your eyes. It may help with depression, such as seasonal affective disorder (SAD), and with sleep disorders. You may come to our office and reserve time to use the therapy lights in half hour blocks M - F, 8 AM to 1 PM.

Sometimes it is difficult to know what to do when faced with tough situations, or how to cope with things. Find easily accessible information here to help with anything that may come up.
