Therapy Lights are Temporarily Suspended Due to COVID-19

Light therapy is exposure to special light that affects your body in ways very similar to natural daylight without any UV or harming your eyes.  It may help with depression, such as seasonal affective disorder (SAD), and with sleep disorders.  You may come to our office and reserve time to use the therapy lights in half hour blocks M - F, 8 AM to 1 PM.
