There are a number of ways to join forces with Northern Michigan University’s Center for Economic Education and Entrepreneurship: as a school, a teacher, a community leader, business, parent or NMU student leader.
Two of NMU-CEEE’s most successful programs are the Developmental Economic Education Partners program for school districts and the Educator Associates program for innovative economics educators.
Businesses, organizations, community members and parents are welcome to review our schedule each year and become active participants through sponsorships, materials donations and/or lending expertise.
Northern Michigan students are also encouraged to help the Center create new materials for Upper Peninsula classrooms and parents. Some internship possibilities are available.
Make economics education and entrepreneurship a priority in the lives of the Upper Peninsula children you know. Get involved.
The NMU-CEEE can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org or 906-227-1218. Dr. Tawni Ferrarini is the Center’s director and your contact for great ideas.
