HM 400 Introduction to Wine Studies 4 cr. (4-0-0)

  • Prerequisite: Hospitality Management majors only.

This course explores the whole gamut of the wine industry beginning with the growing of vinifera grapes to wine production, bottling and to skills in responsible and professional service. The course studies will cover all the wine making countries in the world with emphasis on the United States, European Union, Oceania and South America.
