HM 340 A Study in Food Science 3 cr. (2-0-3)

  • Prerequisite: HM 115.

This course will focus to provide clear, straightforward explanations of all basic principles of food composition, and the chemistry of food. The course will include current technology in food preparation, and will have a lab component to reinforce and apply concepts from lecture.
