Athletic Awards

 

Coaches of each sport are able to divide the scholarship awards as they feel appropriate based on athletic ability.  This is based on percentage ─ Example: .40 + .40 + .20 = 1.0 equivalency.  The signed tender is based on a one year award.

Student Athletes can receive non-athletic student aid in addition to athletic aid.

 

This is monitored by the NMU Financial Aid office, NMU Athletic Compliance Officer, Athletic Director, and the Head Coach.
