Athletic DIrector Finalists' Presentations Scheduled

Three finalists for NMU athletic director will make public presentations on the future of NMU athletics, recreational sports and the U.S. Olympic Education Center as part of the on-campus interview process. Each candidate will also meet with with select individuals and groups during the visit.

Feedback forms will be available onsite and online. Below is a schedule of the public presentations. All will be held in the University Center’s Pioneer Rooms A and B on the respective dates.

-Forrest Karr, director of athletics at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, 3 p.m. Tuesday, April 10;

-David Diles, director of athletics and chair/professor in the Physical Education, Recreation and Athletics department at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio,  3 p.m. Tuesday, April 17; and

-Sean Johnson, senior associate athletic director of external affairs at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, 4:15 p.m. Thursday, April 19.
