Sandi Poindexter (Business), Kathleen Thompson (Nursing) and Rachel Harris (Center for Student Enrichment) presented “E-portfolios to assess experiential student learning and outcomes: an implementation story” at the 12th Annual Sloan-C International Conference on Asychronous Learning Networks. The presentation focused on the use of e-portfolios to manage the Superior Edge program.
Sandi Poindexter (Buinsess) and Ray Amtmann (Business) presented “Fostering global learning in an international exchange partnership with a course virtual community” at the 12th Annual Sloan-C International Conference on Asychronous Learning Networks. The presentation summarized use of WebCT and e-mail to form a virtual student exchange between NMU and HAAGA, an exchange institution in Helsinki, Finland.
