Diabetes and Your Health

According to the American Diabetes Association, more than 21 million Americans have been diagnosed with diabetes, while more than 8 million have gone undiagnosed. According to studies there has been a steady increase in cases of diabetes in the United States and worldwide over the past decade. Join Dr. Julia Busik at this Your Health Lecture to learn more about diabetes and its effects on individuals, their families and our health care system, Thursday, November 6, at 7 p.m., at Northern Michigan University, 2904 West Science Building.
