Tom Tomlinson, professor and director of the Michigan State University Center for Ethics and the Humanities in the Life Sciences, gave a presentation on ethical choices of end-of-life decisions, as well as offering guidance in constructing an advance directive that avoids the pitfalls.  Video of presentation
