Section 1: Must be completed by the employee by the end of the first day of work.
Section 2: Must be completed by the hiring department by the end of the 3rd day of work and returned to the Human Resources Department.
Departments must insure both appropriate documenation according to the I-9 lists of acceptable documents and ascertain the identity of the individual presenting them.
Employees who can not provide eligibility to work documentation will not be put on payroll.
