PROCEDURE
The basic telephone service provided by the University’s Telecommunications Office includes the following:

An email will be sent to the department head each month when the charge detail is available.
Credit cards are available through Telephone Systems. Credit card charges will be billed to the department to which the card is assigned. Charges will appear along with the direct dial long distance detail.
