NON-REPRESENTED STAFF COMPENSATION DETERMINATION PROCEDURES

PURPOSE
To establish procedures utilized in the determination of compensation for non-represented staff.
APPLICABILITY
All staff assigned to one of the following employee groups: Academic Department Heads, Coaches, Deans, Executives, Senior Administrators, and Senior Management.
General
The information contained in Northern Michigan University Non-Represented Compensation Plan is subject to revision as directed by the Board of Trustees and/or the President, or as a result of current market factors and trends that impact the accuracy of this plan. Any review and/or revision of the existing plan will be communicated to all non-represented staff upon initiation of such action.
POLICY
In accordance with Northern Michigan University’s compensation plan, the Human Resources Department will oversee the implementation of the Plan.
