AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD PROGRAM

INITIATED: January 8, 2001

APPROVED: March 5, 2001

 

PURPOSE

To provide information on the American Express Credit Card Program.

APPLICABILITY

All faculty and staff.

PROCEDURE

An employee who wishes to obtain an American Express credit card, or answers to questions, should do the following:

a) contact the Facilities Department at 2363 for an application form.
b) complete form and return to Facilities Department - 136 Services Building.
c) the Facilities Department will submit application to American Express.
d) employee should receive card within three weeks.
