Distribution of Revenues From Copiers, Pay Telephones, Concessions, and Vending

DISTRIBUTION OF REVENUES FROM COPIERS, PAY TELEPHONES, CONCESSIONS, AND VENDING

To allocate the net income generated from copiers, pay telephones, concessions, and vending.

COPIERS	All revenues from copiers will be allocated to Printing Services.
PAY TELEPHONES	All revenues from telephones will be allocated to Telephone Systems.
CONCESSIONS	One-third of the net income from concessions will be allocated to go to the University department sponsoring the event. The remaining two-thirds will be allocated to Recreational Services. All revenues generated by any event sponsored by groups external to the University will be allocated to Recreational Services.
VENDING
Food and Beverage	One-quarter of the net vending income from food and beverage will be allocated to the University department responsible for the building in which the vending is located. The remaining three-quarters will be allocated to Student Life. Student Life is responsible for all maintenance costs associated with the vending operations.
Amusement	All net income from amusement vending will be allocated to the department which controls the equipment.
