AGREEMENT

This is an Agreement by and between the Northern Michigan University Board of Trustees, the Employer, (hereinafter referred to as the "Board" or the "Employer"), and the International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America (UAW) and its Local 2178, (hereinafter referred to as the "Union").
