Noon Doors open- light snacks served  
12:30 p.m. Welcome and Introductions Judy Puncochar (NMU liaison), Kathy Davis (AAUW Marquette liaison), Autumn Palmer and Christine Wilson (liaison to NMU students), Olivia Crawford, Danielle Schafer, and Amber Lopota (Elect Her NMU student representatives at the National Conference for College Women Student Leaders in Washington DC); representatives from the AAUW Marquette and Escanaba branches and NMU Women for Women 
12:45 p.m. Importance of Young Women Running for Office Rebecca Thompson, Elect Her Facilitator
1- 1:15 p.m. Exercise 1: What's Your Issue?  
1:15- 1: 30 p.m. Networking break- lunch pick up  
1:30- 2 p.m. Working lunch- Making an Impact Christine Wilson will introduce Judge Mazzuchi, who will present on the importance of running for office, her experiences of running, and why she chose to be a public official.
2:15- 2:45 p.m. Nuts and Bolts of Running for NMU Student Government Autumn Palmer will introduce an ASNMU representative to review official NMU elections rules and present strategies for campaigning at NMU, and Autumn will introduce Amber Lopota, ASNMU President, who will discuss making a difference in student government.
2:45- 3 pm. Exercise 2: Building a Campaign Team  
3- 3:30 p.m. The Importance of Message Cindy Paavola, NMU Director of Communications, is a female role model in sports reporting and a communications expert who will share how to craft campaign messages, taglines, and elevator speeches.
3:30-3:45 p.m Exercise 3 Elevator Speech  
3:45-4 p.m. Exercise 4: Campaign Simulation Rebecca Thompson, Elect Her Facilitator. Use your creativity and “ask” fellow students for their vote. The “winner” of this campaign simulation will be announced during the Reception and on AAUW and NMU Facebook groups.
4:15- 4:30 p.m. Strategy Sharing and Elect Her Networking Victory Party! Celebration!
