What is Upward Bound?

Upward Bound is a year-round educational opportunity program designed to help high school students prepare for post-secondary education. Through the following activities Upward Bound will help you develop the skills necessary to succeed in post-secondary education after high school.

Am I eligible for Upward Bound?

If you come from a family that meets the federal income guidelines, and if neither  parent completed a four-year college degree, you are eligible for Upward Bound. You may apply if you are currently enrolled in 9th or 10th grade. If you qualify there is no cost for the program.
